About Dr Abbie Cloherty

Dr Abbie Cloherty is featured in prominent media outlets throughout Australia and abroad, talking all things cosmetic acupuncture, beauty, health and empowerment!

“Cosmetic acupuncture is exactly as the name suggests—acupuncture for cosmetic purposes. Think of it as a natural alternative to toxic beauty practices: a face-lift without the fat injections, or botox without the chemicals. Just some fine acupuncture needles placed on your face creating an instant lift and smoothing out those crows’ feet.” Emma Maidment for Urban List.

“These workshops will give you techniques to help you wipe years of stress off your complexion. People lead really busy lives and keeping up a rigorous beauty routine is not possible for some people. These workshops will help guide them.” Dr Abbie Cloherty via the Herald Sun.

Dr Abbie Cloherty is available for interviews, speaking engagements and workshops, please contact us for further information. Phone: 0481 825 525.

Combining her experience and knowledge in Western and Chinese Medicine along with her caring and sensitive approach to patients, Abbie is confident in achieving real, long lasting positive health results for the best version of you. To express the best version of yourself includes the specialised facial rejuvenation (Cosmetic Acupuncture), which holistically reverses the aging clock whilst maintaining the dignity of the wisdom one has obtained in their life.

Abbie has trained extensively over seas, completing her internship in China, following referred Doctors in France, learning cosmetic and facial reading diagnostics in Hong Kong, Japan and New Zealand and continues to be mentored by her fourth generation Chinese Medicine doctor (Lao Shi ‘teacher’) in Australia. This is not to say that she is not continually scouring the world and industry for holistic cosmetic insights.

Her techniques dig deeper into the physiological and psychological makeup of the body. Her clients are empowered with the tools and techniques to help themselves and are provided direction and support throughout treatments. Therapy should never be painful, but rather allow the body to adjust and realign itself gently with professional guidance.
