How many sessions will I need?

Depending on how acute or chronic your condition is, bearing in mind chronic is defined as suffering for 3 months, every patient requires a different treatment prescription plan. The longer a condition has been suffered more treatments required to build a health momentum within the homeostasis of a person to truly change a symptom of unbalanced systems. This is something that you can take to your practitioner about, but usually expect a minimum commitment of 3 treatments. It isn’t pharmaceutical medication, internal processes need support and time to readjust to be back to better health.

As an example treating an acute sports injury for best results initially being treated 2-3 times in the initial week of injury and then spreading out treatments as pain and improvement dictate for. Encouraging the healing process to occur faster with less intervention long term or disruption lifestyle as quick as possible.
For cosmetic rejuvenation and youthful enhancement minimum 10 to 20 treatments over a course of up to 8 weeks (think of it like “face gym” not a results are visible after your first “workout”).
