Clinic Concierge + Administration Support Role

We are searching for our next Concierge + Administrative superstar to deliver 5-star service to our wonderful client base. This role is not for the faint hearted, you will be the face of Zhong Centre, a familiar face to greet our clients, and a point of contact for them to arrange appointments + post treatment care.

You will be working with a supportive and passionate team and help take our business into the next growth stage with many exciting opportunities ahead!

We like to push the boundaries and are innovators within our industry.The position requires great customer service experience, personality and thoughtfulness. This role is a crucial element between client and practitioner, and provides support to the team. We are looking for someone to add to the dynamic of our already lively team. Experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar environment is essential. Understanding of TCM will be highly regarded.

The Role!

  • Greeting all clients in a friendly, genuine and professional manner,
  • Handling telephone + email enquiries and converting these into appointments
  • Day-to-day running of the Zhong Centre reception
  • Providing a positive end to end customer experience to our clients and Practitioners.
  • Support the day to day operations of the practice
  • Maintain strong communication across a well established team
  • Caring + upkeep of our clinic + reception areas
  • Using your strong computer literacy to navigate across multiple systems to provide a first-class customer experience.
  • Packing + sending online orders
  • Inventory management + stock ordering
  • Assisting with our trainings, events, retreats + community sessions
  • Being part of an inclusive, supportive + fashionable  team.
  • Part-time role, 30 hours per week with possible Saturday work.

Are you our next Zhong Angel?

  • Experienced in a similar reception/customer service role
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask; with a high volume of tasks happening at one time
  • Confident working in a fast paced environment and building relationships with a key stakeholders
  • Are you someone who genuinely cares for our clients’ wellbeing + helping them reach their goals?
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Superior attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet to come up with a suitable solution quickly.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to fix IT issues when mercury is in retrograde
  • Ideally have an interest in health + beauty, fashion, food or fur babies.
