Refund policy
At Zhong Collection, we want you to fall in love with our products and share them with your friends. But if things don’t go as planned, don’t stress—let us know, and we’ll help sort it out.
If you’ve purchased something that:

is faulty, damaged, or doesn't live up to our high standards of quality;

isn’t quite right for its intended purpose; or
-
doesn’t match its description or image on our site,
or if we’re required to accept a return under Australian Consumer Law, we’re happy to offer you an exchange, credit note, or refund (your choice!) using your original payment method. However, we can’t offer a return or exchange if the product’s condition has been affected by misuse or neglect after it arrived.
Here’s what you need to do:

Shoot us an email at orders@zhongcentre.com to let us know you’re returning the item and why—don’t forget to include your order number.

Make sure the product is in good condition and only lightly used.

Repack the item in the original shipping box and post it back to us.

Include a note with your order number and the reason for your return so we can easily track your request.
Heads up! We aren’t responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure your return package.
Please allow up to two weeks for us to process your refund to your original payment method.
Note: Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
