Face mapping can reveal what’s behind your skin concerns…

Have you ever wondered if your skin issues are related to other health conditions? Or do you have a persistent skin issue keep coming back after every treatment?  Face mapping may be able to provide insight into the root cause of certain skin conditions, and how to treat them using Chinese medicine techniques.

What is face mapping?

Face mapping uses ancient ayurvedic and Chinese medicine techniques to diagnose the root cause of skin issues; if health is optimal, then skin will appear clear, hydrated and radiant. Dr. Abbie uses face mapping as a part of her cosmetic acupuncture appointments in order to create a treatment plan for your particular skin concerns.

How it works

Face mapping links regions of the face with different Chinese medicine body systems. When looking at common conditions such as cystic acne and breakouts, oil production and blackheads, can reveal what part of the body is ‘stressed’ or not working optimally.
