Due to COVID-19 and the global pandemic our shipping service is not as regular as it was.
We are an Australian based business and your order will need to be exported to you.
If you are purchasing from outside of Australia, please continue to pay for your products in $AUD.
Our shipping provider, Sendle, will calculate the international shipping charges (based on your parcel’s weight and dimensions) and be in endeavour to send this to you in the most efficient timing.

DO I NEED TO BE A CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER TO BUY ON YOUR WEBSITE?
No, we are open to the general public and anyone can buy from our site, however some products will require a quick Telehealth consultation with one of our Zhong angel practitioners to confirm your prescription product.
DO YOU POST THROUGHOUT AUSTRALIA OR ONLY TO MAJOR CITIES?
Yes, we post to Australia wide and internationally. We are unable to courier to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET, WHY?
If you have paid, a payment confirmation email has been sent to you 🙂 Please check your Junk or Spam inbox. The confirmation email address will be from firstname.lastname@example.org
ARE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No. products are not tested on animals. 100% cruelty free!
WHAT SUSTAINABILITY ACTIONS ARE TAKEN AT ZHONG CENTRE TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT?
Minimal use of plastics and dyes for our packaging and recyclable materials where possible.We endeavour to source locally, use sustainable methods and procedures for all packaging, couriering and creation of any Zhong Centre product.

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?
Our website is secure with safe checkout and SSL. All credit card details are private – we do not (EVER) get access to card details after a purchase.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Add the product you’re after to cart by clicking “Add to Cart”. When you’re ready to checkout, click on the trolly icon to view your order. Follow the prompts through the checkout to complete your purchase.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive an order notification after purchasing. Once your order is dispatched by our dispatch team, you’ll receive a notification from email@example.com/Sendle that the order is on is way. In some cases this notification may be delayed. Please note the date of dispatch in your tracking confirmation email.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Changed your mind? We will happily accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products. Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return. To return a product, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item’s details.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We take great care when packing your items so that they won’t get damaged in transit. If an item does arrive damaged, we ask that you let us know right away and we’ll arrange for the item to be returned back to us and a replacement to be sent out to you. Or if you prefer, we can refund you the original purchase price if the product is deemed faulty (less any postage costs). Please contact us

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
For change of mind on UNUSED and UNOPENED products, you may return the product up until 90 days from the order date. Please note that the unwanted item/s must be returned back to us in their original condition.
