Avoid:- Bitter/spicy foods
- Black tea
- Chai tea
- Hot chocolate
- Excessive use of ginger, garlic, pepper, curry, cinnamon
Include:- Sweet-neutral, sweet-warm, sour-neutral
- Grains - oats, amaranth, yiyi ren barley, rice
- Vegetables - seasonal, beetroots, red cabbage, carrots, fennel, spinach
- Meats - chicken, liver, beef, beef stock, veal, lamb,
- Fruits - red grapes, sweet cherries, longans (lychee), plums, apricots
- Seeds - sesame, sunflower seeds
- Drink - beetroot juice, cherry juice, plum juice, red coloured teas (hibiscus tea, rosehip), some red wine
- Basically - red, dark green, or "blood-looking-like" foods.
